Shipping Policy

Most Geoff Thomas Designs pieces are made to order and require approximately 4–6 weeks for production before shipping. In Stock pieces typically ship within 1–2 business days.

You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

U.S. Shipping

We offer complimentary insured shipping within the United States. Orders are shipped with tracking and insurance for the full value of the package.

A signature may be required upon delivery depending on the value of the order.

International Shipping

We ship to most international destinations. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order.

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are collected by the carrier or local customs authority.

Customs processing may occasionally cause delays beyond our control.

Every order is carefully packaged and insured while in transit.
