The SIA Open Jaw is an anatomically accurate skull ring cast in solid .925 sterling silver. The open jaw distinguishes it from the half-jaw version — the full skull form is present, with the lower jaw extended and the teeth defined. High-detail casting captures the bone structure precisely, with clean surface planes and sharp transitions throughout.

How does the Open Jaw differ from the Half Jaw?
The Open Jaw includes the full lower jaw with defined teeth. The Half Jaw version shows only the upper skull. Both share the same anatomical accuracy and casting quality.

Designed From the Ground Up Every Geoff Thomas Designs piece begins as an original sculpture, created by Geoff Thomas. From the overall form to the smallest detail, each element is developed with intention.

Produced individually in small studio quantities. Our pieces are not made in a factory. Each design is sculpted in 3D, printed in wax, and cast using the traditional lost-wax casting process. Every piece is created individually to your specifications, then carefully refined and finished by hand in our California studio.

Each individual ring size is proportionally scaled, allowing the design to wrap beautifully around the finger while maintaining its intended form and flow.

There are many imitations, but only one original.

Materials & Finish

Created in solid .925 Sterling Silver and finished by hand in our California studio. Each piece is carefully refined and polished to bring out the depth, texture, and detail of the original sculpture.

Brass, a warmer toned option, reveals stunning detail with the same sculptural depth. It may cause skin discoloration, this is harmless.
